Terms
These are the terms for using HeroChair during the beta. By using it, you agree to them.
Draft: not yet reviewed by a lawyer, and it may change before the beta opens to everyone.
Last updated: October 17, 2026
Who we are
HeroChair is a service of Internhack Company, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The beta
HeroChair is in an open beta. We may change, add or remove features, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We'll tell you about any big change.
The beta pass
You pay what you think is fair (at least $5) once, and get a pass for three months with two screens and every feature. It doesn't renew by itself: we remind you a week before it ends, and there's a seven-day grace period after. Or ask for free access and we'll review your request.
Payments
Payments go through Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which collects any tax and issues your receipt. For any question about a payment: contact us.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your young patient and their treatment at all times. HeroChair is a way to entertain and reassure the child, not a medical device and not a substitute for your care and judgement.
- Don't enter anything that identifies a patient, anywhere
- Keep your account to yourself
- Use the screen over the chair only in your clinic
What's ours
The heroes, the worlds, the voice and the app belong to Internhack Company. We give you the right to use them in your clinic for as long as your pass lasts.
Suspending an account
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. A run that has started always finishes, so nothing stops in front of a child.
Limits of liability
We provide HeroChair as it is during the beta. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last three months.
Changes
We may update these terms, and we'll tell you before any big change.
